    Once a treatment session has started, the service is non-refundable due to the nature of medical and wellness treatments.<\/p>

    2.2 Prepaid Packages<\/strong>
    For packages involving multiple sessions:<\/p>

    Unused sessions may be eligible for a partial refund.<\/p>

    A processing fee of 5% will be deducted from the refund amount.<\/p>

    2.3 Consultation Fees<\/strong>
    Consultation fees are non-refundable.<\/p>

    2.4 Cancellation Due to Clinic Issues<\/strong>
    If we cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.<\/p>

    Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.<\/p>

    Failure to provide timely notice will result in a cancellation fee of (5) percent.<\/p>

    For products sold at the clinic (e.g., skincare or Medicinal products):<\/p>

    Returns are accepted within 5 days of purchase with the original receipt.<\/p>

    The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.<\/p>

    Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take 5-7 business days.<\/p>

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.<\/p>
